PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
After beginning her legal studies, Rossella Duca focused her training on European law and business law. She obtained a Master’s degree in European Legal Studies from the University of Turin, graduating summa cum laude with academic mention, and refined her intercultural and language skills through an academic exchange period at the Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.
Following an initial professional experience with a leading company in the automotive sector, she joined the firm in 2024.
Registered in the Trainee Register of the Italian Institute of Industrial Property Consultants, Rossella handles the preparation of briefs before both the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as prior-art and availability searches, filing procedures, the drafting of opinions, negotiations and drafting of agreements, and domain name reassignment proceedings.
Rossella manages trademark portfolios for small and medium-sized Italian and foreign companies and handles correspondence with foreign agents in international matters.
