Marcel Barberis

Marcel Barberis joined the firm in 2017. Here he learns how to combine technical and scientific knowledge with law and apply it to the world of Industrial Property with rigor. He deals with searches of prior art relating to patents/drawings, assessing the patentability requirements of the invention, drafting and translating patent applications, drafting validity and infringement opinions, drafting pleadings and technical opinions in court proceedings. A graduate in Physics from the University of Turin, he is an expert in mechanics, electronics, acoustics, and fluid dynamics; subjects he continues to cultivate with curiosity and enthusiasm.
