PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
Ludovica Cesaretti oriented her legal studies towards commercial contracts and international arbitration, participating with distinction in the renowned Willelm C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court and becoming coach of the University of Turin team.
Combining her passion for Law with the one for languages and for the understanding of different social habits, she has made her multicultural experience her own identity mark.
Interested in the comparison of legal systems, she deepened her academic skills with a research stay at the University of Münster and an Erasmus in Nottingham, where she discovered a keen interest in competition and antitrust law.
As a trainee lawyer, she consolidates her education with a focus on intellectual property.
