PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
Franco Cabella joined the firm in 2010 as an experienced Italian and European patent attorney.
Dr Cabella deals with searches of prior art relating to patents/designs, assessing the patentability requirements of inventions, drafting and translating patent applications, drafting validity and infringement opinions, drafting pleadings and technical opinions in court proceedings.
A graduate in Physics from the University of Turin, after a period in a well-known company in the telecommunications sector, he collaborated with leading industrial property consultancy firms.
Dr Cabella is an expert in mechanics, electronics, chemistry and biotechnology.
