Alberto Peletti

Alberto Francesco Peletti has oriented his professional path towards civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on competition law.

He graduated from the University of Turin, where he defended a thesis in European Union Law entitled “Abuse of a Dominant Position: From the New Self-Preferencing Criterion to the Digital Markets Act.”

Driven by his interest in comparative law, he further developed his academic background through a study abroad experience at Comenius University in Bratislava, where he cultivated a strong interest in competition and antitrust law.

As a trainee lawyer at the firm, he is consolidating his legal training with a clear focus on industrial and commercial law, emphasizing the integration of Italian and European legal frameworks and drawing on experience gained in civil, commercial, insolvency matters and credit management.
